Donor Relations and Stewardship Metrics

Heurista lead consultant, Anne Manner-McLarty is conducting peer institution research to gather, compare and comment on quantitative and qualitative measurement systems for stewardship practices in higher education. The study will focus on the process by which the volume and type of stewardship activity is recorded and monitored. This study does not address the effectiveness of donor relations and stewardship on donor retention and giving patterns, although further research is anticipated.

Journey Mapping and the Design of Individualized Stewardship Plans

Heurista lead consultant Anne Manner-McLarty will lead multiple online work sessions to establish a working definition of the “journey map,” a tool for managing and plotting theoretical interactions with donors. Participants will then explore its application in the growing practice of developing individualized stewardship plans, especially for top-tier donors.
